European Customer Visits T&B to Strengthen Strategic Cooperation

T&B recently welcomed a delegation from one of its key European partners for an on-site visit in China. The visit provided an excellent opportunity for both teams to review ongoing projects, exchange ideas, and further strengthen their long-term cooperation.

During the meetings, both sides reached a deeper mutual understanding and confirmed several shared principles that will guide future collaboration.

First, both teams emphasized that open communication is essential for building trust and deepening partnership. Challenges may arise in any project, but transparent and efficient communication remains the most effective way to resolve issues and ensure smooth progress.

Second, the two sides agreed that stable and high-quality components must be supported by well-established and optimized manufacturing processes. Continuous review and improvement of these processes are necessary to maintain consistent quality and meet the demanding standards of the European market.

In addition, the European customer expressed the need to develop welding fixtures compatible with their existing robotic systems. Achieving this goal will require further technical discussions between both companies as well as fixture design suppliers. In some cases, on-site visits to Europe may also be necessary to ensure that the tooling design fully matches the customer’s production environment.

The customer also indicated that additional projects may gradually be entrusted to T&B, provided that the current cooperation proceeds smoothly. While efficiency and delivery speed are important, both sides agreed that establishing a solid and reliable foundation from the very beginning is even more critical.

Overall, the European delegation expressed strong satisfaction with their visit to China and with the productive discussions held with the T&B team. They are looking forward to taking the cooperation to the next level.

The customer also showed an open attitude toward T&B’s strategic procurement plan valued at approximately €2 million, which is expected to be the next step following the successful completion of the current projects.
