European Customer Visits China to Strengthen Cooperation with T&B

T&B recently welcomed a new customer from Europe for a business visit to China. The visit aimed to deepen mutual understanding, strengthen cooperation, and explore new business opportunities between both parties.

During the first three days of the visit, the T&B team accompanied the customer to several cities across Anhui, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu provinces. Together, they visited seven key partner factories that maintain long-term cooperation with T&B. Through these factory tours, the customer gained a comprehensive understanding of the suppliers’ manufacturing capabilities, production processes, and quality control systems.

One of the visited suppliers had already completed a stainless steel order for the European customer and provided five reference part numbers as samples. After inspection, the customer expressed strong satisfaction with the product quality. For future production, the customer suggested an optimized manufacturing process: suppliers may first use wire cutting to obtain rough dimensions, followed by final polishing and finishing on a machining center to ensure higher precision and surface quality.

The customer also shared valuable insights into the European market, particularly in Spain. According to the customer, most companies in Spain are small and medium-sized enterprises that are actively looking for ways to reduce costs. However, many of them lack the experience or capability to source directly from China. This creates a significant opportunity for T&B to provide one-stop sourcing solutions for these companies, enabling them to purchase high-quality components from China in a convenient and reliable way.
